2-3 Business Day Shipping: 2-3 business day expedited shipping is available for $9.99 per order. This shipping option features Priority 2-Day and 3-Day shipping. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days of purchase unless noted otherwise on the product page for the items purchased.
Next Business Day Shipping: Next business day shipping is available for a flat rate of $49.99 per order. Delivery typically occurs within 1 business day of purchase unless noted otherwise on the product page for the items purchased.
Christmas 2017 Order Deadline: Orders placed before Wednesday 12/20/2017, 10:00 am EST will arrive before Christmas. Please note that products from Munro, Florsheim, Stacy Adams, and Nunn Bush may take a couple of extra days to process and are not included in this shipping guarantee. ShoeStores.com accepts returns on all merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. In other words, feel free to try on your shoes on a carpeted surface but do not wear them outside. We cannot accept returns on items that show wear or that are dirty. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Damages to, or omission of the original box from your return/exchange, will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within sixty (60) days of receipt.
- ShoeStores.com reserves the right to refuse a refund if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the sixty (60) day return period.
- An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been issued.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ShoeStores.com).

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All domestic orders ship free (both ways), using UPS Ground or USPS service. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes may be shipped via USPS services. All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday (Holidays excluded). ShoeStores.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization. During checkout, you will have the option to choose an expedited form of shipping quoted from the original UPS or USPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS or USPS tracking number for your package. If you decide to refuse any shipments from ShoeStores.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us.
