Shipping Options

Free shipping & return shipping:  All orders over $99.00 ship free via standard shipping service unless an expedited option is selected.   All orders over $99.00 qualify for free return shipping so that you may return or exchange without cost or hassle.  

Standard shipping: Order delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days of purchase unless noted otherwise on the product page for the items purchased.  This option is free for orders over $99.00 or a flat rate of $7.99 for orders of $98.99 or less.

2-3 business day shipping: 2-3 business day expedited shipping is available for $9.99 per order.  This shipping option features Priority 2 and 3 Day shipping.   Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days of purchase unless noted otherwise on the product page for the items purchased.

Next Business Day Shipping: Next business day shipping is available for a flat rate of $49.99 per order.  Delivery typically occurs within 1 business day of purchase unless noted otherwise on the product page for the items purchased.

 
 
RETURNS
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can send it back for free.  This offer only applies to orders of more than $99.00 Free return shipping is not available for orders outside of the lower 48 United States.   
 
Need to return your order?  Below are the Return Request Instructions:
 

1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item(s) that you would like to return.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

Return action optional
Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

If your order is over $99.00 we will reply with a free return label within 1 business day (usualy much quicker).  If your order is under $99.00 then you will receive instructions on where to send your return package.

 
Return Policy
 
ShoeStores.com accepts returns and exchanges on all merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. In other words, please feel free to try your shoes on a carpeted surface but we cannot accept returns on items that show wear or that are dirty.  Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within sixty (60) days of receipt.

 

All shipping charges are non-refundable
ShoeStores.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the sixty(60) day --return period

Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as ShoeStores.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages
An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by ShoeStores.com
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ShoeStores.com)

Shipping & Handling

 
All domestic orders of $99.00 or more ship free (both ways), using UPS ground or USPS.  Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes may be shipped via USPS services.  Orders under $99.00 ship for a low flat rate of $7.99. All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.  *Holiday's excluded.  ShoeStores.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization. During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.If you decide to refuse any shipments from ShoeStores.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. The free shipping offer applies only to online sales within the Unites States.
