What does CAPTCHA mean?
CAPTCHA is a task you have to complete to prove that you are not a robot. This system is in place so we can prevent robots/spam from making fake accounts and placing orders on our website. All that is necessary to complete the CAPTCHA task is for you to click the button that says, “I am not a robot”. After you have completed the CAPTCHA, you will be able to proceed with your checkout.

Why is my size not available?
If you are not seeing your size for a particular shoe it’s likely that the size is not in stock. We’re always happy to double check our inventory or tell you if we will be getting more of an item at a future date. You can chat with us via our chat system or give us a call.

How do I return my shoes?
Returning your shoes is as easy as 1-2-3! Simply navigate to “Return Your Order” on the homepage of ShoeStores.com, enter your order number & zip code. From here you’ll be able to print a free return shipping label for your order. Or, go to the url box on your browser, type ShoeStores.com/returns, and follow the instructions.

I placed an order but forgot to enter my promo code at checkout. What do I do?
If you have a promo code or coupon that you forgot to enter at checkout, chat with us via our chat system or give us a call. If the promo code/coupon is valid we will gladly apply it to your order.

 What is my size in European sizing?

How do I track my order?
An email with tracking information will be sent to the email address that you provide as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Sometimes these emails get caught in your spam folder. If you have not received an email with tracking information, give us a call or chat with us and we will gladly provide you with that information.  

What’s your return policy?
You have 60 days from your purchase to return your unworn shoes for a refund. If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we ask that you return your shoes for a refund and repurchase the correct size.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation for my order?
If you did not receive a confirmation email after you purchased your shoes, it may be because the email address was not entered correctly or the confirmation email was caught in your spam folder. Give us a call or chat with us and we will be happy to correct the email address on your order.

Can you place an order for me via the chat system?
We do not place orders through our chat system for your personal safety. We’re always happy to take an order over telephone, however. Feel free to give us a call and we will get you taken care of!
 

Can you place an order for me and using PayPal/AmazonPay?
If you would like to use PayPal or AmazonPay at checkout, you must do so on your own. We cannot log in to your account using your credentials.
